TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE FOR GTAW WELDING
Electrodes are classified on the basis of their chemical compositions as specified in the table given below and colour code identification systems for various classes are also given.
Electrodes are produced either to clean finish or ground finish. Electrodes with a clean finish have been chemically cleaned to remove surface impurities after the forming operation. Those with a ground finish have been centerless ground to remove surface impurities.
